I love a good backyard family photography shoot! Normally, kids are a lot more comfortable in their own surroundings! It’s easier to get them to loosen up and show you their personalities! You can’t get any more authentic than creating timeless, fun photos in your own backyard! Especially when its a backyard full of trees!
Backyard Family Photography
When we decided to send our kids to preschool, we did so much research on where we would send them. The school had glowing reviews, lots of referrals from friends, and we knew that the kids would receive an excellent education. One thing we didn’t realize, and we are so thankful for, are the friendships that our kids have formed over the past few years. Not only that, but the connections that we have formed with the parents have been amazing and unexpected! Especially when having to go through a pandemic together, our group texts have been a saving grace through all of the craziness!
The Read’s are such an adorable family! When they asked me to capture them in their backyard, at their new house, of course I said yes! It was fall, there were tons of trees and we lucked out with the perfect day! These two cuties are two of my kids best friends, and I’m so happy that they have been together since they were just two and a half years old. They were super cute together, and totally photogenic! Their dog even joined into a few photos!
