The Princeton area has so many beautiful spots to choose from for some Princeton Family Photography! From wandering around Princeton University and the downtown area, to lots of beautiful parks to choose from! In particular, I love Princeton Battlefield State Park! There are open grassy areas, as well as beautiful buildings with texture! There are also these gorgeous trees that lines the roadway that look like they were transplanted from the South! You could walk around the area for hours!

When the Eskridge family contacted me to capture their Princeton family photography, I was thrilled!! I’ve known these two for years and loved when they announced their family was growing! Ryan and I captured their wedding at Lake Valhalla Club back in 2014! I was VERY pregnant with Rhys at the time of their wedding! Their wedding was the last full wedding I captured before he was born!
At the time of this photo shoot, their daughter had just turned one! Isn’t she just the cutest?! She was so easy to photograph, and just an absolute joy the entire time! We were able to get a few photos of her by herself, and some of mom and dad together too! It’s really important to not only get family photos, but get some of just the parents as well! The two of you are how the family started, after all, so it’s nice to continue to get portraits together to show the love! Capturing photos of each parent with their child is nice as well! When looking through old photos, I wish I had more pictures together with just my mom and just my dad! Heck, I wish I had more photos wish my parents, in general!
